change of cicumstance

if i move out of state and let my daughtr go live with her dad. If she is not happy what are the chancs of her ever being able to come home. She is 9 Nand i have had custody for 4 years now i am remarried and have 2 more children. Oour move is about 4 hours away i wanted he rto come with us but he said absolutely not.
