Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

name change

I have already downloaded form CC-1411, the Petition for Name Change in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the clerk in the courthouse told me that I also needed an Order to file along with the Petition. What exactly is this? Can I do it myself and/or where could I find one online? Thank you for any assistance you may be able to give me.

The order itself should be in the packet of materials for the name change which is avalable in

the clerk's office of the circuit court.
