Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I need a change of venue out of state- as I moved there fleeing from abuse, I have an court date in Virginia

and fear for the children and myself lives from recent DV and past DV. I have temporary sole and physical custody. How do I get it moved to another state and get a form for doing so? Urgent legal advice needed.

You have a court date in Virginia for what purpose and does it concern a current order

or rather a petition to get a valid order entered in the appropriate Virginia court?

Whether you can now get easily moved to another state may well depend upon your

answers to the above questions.
