Changing Child Custody

There are two children. There is going to be a change of custody for one of the children. IF both parties can come to an agreement that since both will have one child that child support will be null and void - can this agreement be presented to the courts or will the courts decide against this even though both parties are in agreement?

Who can say, since, believe it or not, once this kind of issue has been placed before the appropriate court of jurisdiction, it's not the agreement of the parents which counts but rather the decision of the judge to decide as to what is in the best interests of the subject children.
