I am a mother who being accuse of child abuse and neglect. I need representation to prove what is not being shown in court.

If you are accused of abuse and neglect, you are entitled to be represented by an attorney.

You need to find out from the court if you are entitled to a court-appointed attorney.

The first day you go to court, you need to make this request.
