Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Child care expenses

I was wondering if the child care for my two children while I am attending school full-time would be also the responsiblility of my ex. We recently seperated, and prior to our seperation he did help pay for the child care. I have another 5 months in school and would be disappointed if because of this situation I would be required to quit. Maybe I am wrong to say, but if I do quit school how will my children be any better of for the future, and me any better off to support them. I have read the code and clearly it states for employment related child care expenses only, but would this not somewhat be considered employment related considering the desired outcome would be gainful employment? Thank You for your time and advice.

Re: Child care expenses

Yes I think you could get child care from your ex for this purpose. You would have to file a motion with the court if he wont agree to it.
