child custody at 18

my mom has full custody over me & she told me as long as i go to college after high school she still can make decisions for me. if i wanted to live with another parent at 18, could i do so or is it her decision?

No, it is not her decision(meaning your mother's), but that of the court having proper jurisdiction over your

custody matter.

The major decisions will always through court order. Mind it that you are still financially depends upon your mother hence she has every right to look your welfare. Take advice of attorney/lawyer
