Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

child custody

I have sole physical custody of my daugter and my soon to be ex husband has visitation every weekend. I am going to be moveing to tennesse in a couple of days and I need to know if I have to transport my daughter all the way back to virginia if I call and ask my ex to meet me half way to get my daughter and he refuses.

You need to at least make a good faith effort to comply reasonably with what can be reasonably interpreted from the court order governing visitation.
