child custody
My son's female friend is being abused at home, and social services aren't doing much about it. I would like to have her live with me, and she agrees. How do I go about getting custody of her? (her parents will protest) Do you think that I have any chances of getting custody?

No, it's very unlikely that any court would ever grant you custody of this child under the circumstances perceived by you and which you've described, which in all likelihood are probably the product of your son's mostly hearsay allegations.
