Child Custody
My 1st cousin had her children taken away. I want to file for full custody of the youngest child. SS has taken them and put them in a home. Am I able to try and get him?

Yes, however, you should first discuss the matter with social services and their attorney to see whether they may be able to assist you in the process of obtaining custody of the child.
