Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Child Emancipation Laws

Can a 14-yr old legally emancipate himself from a biological father who has no custodial rights, but keeps getting limited visitation? Father is a recovering addict and felon. Son is adamant for the past 2 years that he wants no relationship with father.
