Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Child Endangerment/Neglect

My daughter was picked up by her father and grandmother without a carseat and had her in the front seat sitting in his lap. Their reason was that they were not going far,and they forgot the car seat at home and I didn't find this out until after she returned. Then the following weekend they must have left a wet diaper on her all day, b/c she had the worst diaper rash I have ever seen. The grandmother said my daughter complained that it itched and hurt down there but did nothing. Is there any legal direction I can go with this, b/c now I don't feel she is being looked after over there, but her father has court ordered visitation.

I would say, no, there is no "legal direction",to

use your phrasing, for you to go with this (nor should there be, based upon the facts which you've offered).
