Child Last name
hello, i going to married soon with girlfriend who has two children from previous marriage (9 and 7). she has 90 % of custody of kids. i want to know how i can change there last name of kids. any suggestion is higly helpfull to me.

It will be up to their mother rather than you to initiate such a name change for these children in the local circuit court of the city or county where they reside.

Can't do it without the consent of both parents, regardless of mother having 90% custody.
