Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Child Mental Abuse

Please give me suggestions on how I can prove that my ex-husband is meantally abusing my 7 year old daughter. I record phone conversations but can't use those in court, because my divorce papers say that I can't record conversasions between him and her. I have also called and scheduled an appointment for my daughter to see a child counselor. What other ways can I prove this? She has bad dreams, talks and walks in her sleep, I have personally heard him telling her that I lie to her and talks bad about my current husband. She is worried about her weight. She only weighs 43 pounds!!!!!!!I also learn things from her when she talks about them. Please help!! I need to stop him from hurting my daughter and causing her problems now and when she gets older.
