Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
Child Safty
My daughter, she is 13 when ever she is visiting her father. After coming back she gets sick. I am afraid if he is giving her something to eat or drink that is making her sick. My ex is a chemist, I feel that maybe he is putting some chemical on her clothes so when she comes back and smell them she get sick. It is the same kind of sickness all the time. She feels weak, and she does not go to school. Is there any way I can get her protective visitation. What can be done when there is child safety concern?
Thanks

Re: Child Safty
If you have reason to believe that your ex is poisoning your child, you should report the matter to the police. Before doing so, however, make certain that you have evidence to support your allegation (e.g. doctor's report, tainted clothing, etc).
