Child Support Agency

without the whole long drawn out story that goes along with it- can you sue your states Dept. of Child Support Enforcment office for complete incompetancy, failure to adhere to a judge's order and severe emotional turmoil? There HAS to be some accountability!

with copies to the agency head of the Virginia Department of Social Services

and the governor.
