Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
Child Support Agency
without the whole long drawn out story that goes along with it- can you sue your states Dept. of Child Support Enforcment office for complete incompetancy, failure to adhere to a judge's order and severe emotional turmoil? There HAS to be some accountability!

Re: Child Support Agency
No, chances are the agency has immunity from such suits, but you might wish to direct your letter of complaint to the director of DCSE (Division of Child Support Enforcement)
with copies to the agency head of the Virginia Department of Social Services
and the governor.
