Child Support

I'm in the arrears on my child support, unemployed, and have a child and planning to get married. My child's mother is remarried and currently employed, but has not updated any of her information with the court. What are my rights under VA state laws? Can she be charged with fraud? How do I get a GA DL if VA will not release my DL?

You're arrears in child support and want to ask a harass the mother you haven't paid by claiming "fraud?" That's frankly ridiculous.

Get a job, even if it's flipping burgers and support your child. (Once you have paid what you owe, then meet with a lawyer and see if the amount of support is appropriate at that time).
