Re: child support

If you are the mother and "ex b-friend is father, you had better RUSH into domestic relations court

and obtain at least a prelim child support order for current and back payments. The order must provide that it be immediately recorded and entered in the judgement lien book of the Circuit Court. Then I would fax and mail a copy to the

liability insurance carrier claims office.

Re: child support

You're entitled to the back child support(if

legitimately owed under a court or administrative

order)which may be taken from whatever assets

your ex-debtor-boyfriend may have available,

including proceeds from an insurance settlement.

Needless to say, however, these monies due you will not appear magically in your lap as a result of this entitlement, but must be obtained through the appropriate legal process.
