Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Child Support

At my child support case, mother of our son submitted a false notarized statement of childcare expenses of $200.00 per month which were ''being paid'' to my mother for child care. (out of state residents). My mother obviously never received a penny for any child care since my son is her grandchild. The judge awarded her half of the claim for child care + my % of income. How can I take this case back to court so I can have the child care expenses removed?
