Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Child support case in Virginia. Mother has support set to include daycare expense then doesn't work for 22 months. Father continues to be in arrears and mother continues to collect more than she should because she is not paying daycare. Neither is she providing her income share of the child support and has not since she quit working. Is there a remedy for this?
