Child support

My daughter is 18 and will graduate high school in May. See will graduate with a two year college degree. Will I still be responsible for any child support to her mother after May

Re: Child support

Only if you have an agreement with the mother incorporated into your divorce decree to continue supporting your daughter until she attains a four year degree or age 22 whichever occurs first.

In the absence of such an agreement, under current Virginia law, your obligation to support your daughter(based upon the facts you've provided) would appear to terminate effective June 1, 2008.
