Child support with disabled parent
Are my two minor children eligible for a disability check based upon the fact that their biological father is drawing a check and has never paid one cent in child support?

Re: Child support with disabled parent
The children may be eligible for benefits as dependents under the disability claim of their father, if it's social security disability.
You should contact your local Social Security Office if in fact that is the case.
