Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

No child support

My ex-husband lost his cushy bank exec job on July 1 and claims he did not receive a severance package nor can he get unemploymeny. In the mean time I am receiving nothing from him to help with our daughter (age 7). (I settled for $175 weekly even though guidelines then (5 years ago) called for $250 weekly). What can I do?

Gp down to the clerk's office of your local J&D Court and file for child support.
