Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

child support

i currently live in virginia and will be moving to texas in the next month or so.My question is will my child support collection be transfered to texas when i move to texas or will i have to pay/send my payments to virginia being that it is court ordered by the state of virginia or will texas take over the resposibility of collecting the child support

Don't jump ahead of yourself unnecessarily. Just keep on paying exactly as your Virginia order prescribes and there shouldn't be any problems.(Problems will arise and Virginia will then involve Texas Child Support Enforcement in your case if for some reason your child support payments were to cease.)
