Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Child Support Modification

I need to know what to do. I am in the military. I was stationed in virginia last year. When the woman i was a rocky relationship in filed for child support for our son. She is in the mililtary also. When she filed at the hampton child support office she did not tell them that i have two other children from my 1st marriage, who i know are actually my children. Hampton said they summons me at the ship i was at, but i didn't not sign anything accepting the support orders. She had all my dfas banking info & ssn. They have been taking $800 a month out of my check, as well as my other support for 2 real kids. She has now been stationed to texas, were my son is too. I now have been living in san dieog, ca for the past year. We do have a valid custody order that she violates. I don't know where my son and have not seen him, since i left virginia. I believe he is in texas with the mother's grandmother, cause the mother' s command is in texas, but she has been sent to bahrain. What can i do to get my child support orders out of virginia and put in the correct jurisdiciton of texas or california. I also want to get blood work done on my son, cause i have information to believe that he may not be my son. Please, someone respond.

Re: Child Support Modification

Until you have a verifiable address for your son in Texas or wherever he may be, it's premature to be thinking about transferring the Virginia order(s).
