Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
Child Support Obligation
My Divorce Decree reads such that I am obligated to pay child support until my daughter graduates from high school or reaches the age of 19, whichever occurs first. She will be graduating in the middle of June. Am I obligated to pay child support for the full month or am I able to pay a pro-rated amount for that month?

Re: Child Support Obligation
Pay the full month(assuming that you are obligated per your order on a monthly basis).
