Can the cusotdial parent request reimbursement for uninsured medical expenses starting from the first of the year if a revised child spport was issued recently indicating that the NCP must pay a certain % of unisured medical and dental costs

Re: Child SUpport Order
The obligation on the part of the noncustodial parent to pay these particular expenses under these particular circumstances would become effective with the date of the revised order addressing the issue and there would be no such obligation prior to that date.
