i have a child support order in fairfax county for child support for my to oldest kids. I recently went back to dd my third child to he order. i also asked the court for an increase in child support. but i recently learned that there father quit his joband moved to norh carolina so i went back to court to file for a show cause. He is 35,000 behind in child suppoert what wil happen

Very likely nothing at all, until you ask Virginia Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) to make a request to their sister agency in North Carolina to locate(if necessary) this absconder and then take the action necessary to enforce the Virginia order with very substantial arrearages accrued.
