Child Support Order from 1997

If a child support order that was done from 97 when two people where married (separated) and only had one child still good in the year 2005 when now there is a divorce and 4 more children involved, two to which are with your now current spouse, is this order enforceable?

Court ORDERS are always enforceable unless they have been modified or vacated by the court.

What I hear you saying is, "Wouldn't the judge make a different order today if only he or she were aware of all these new facts?" Probably so. But the existence of new facts does not automatically render the old order unenforceable. It is still valid and fully enforceable. If someone wants the order changed, that person must go back to court, and file an appropriate motion, for that to happen.

Yes the order is good. An order is an order until it's changed by an order. Considering the number of new children, there is bviously some changes that need to be made.
