Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have a child support order from Virginia for the non custodial to parent pay, he appealed it with the Child Support office and they denied it. He is now taking me to court to over turn the child support amount. Do I have any options with this? Will they change my order?

DCSE (Division of Child Support Enforcement) should be representing you at any court hearings scheduled in the matter. And, no, assuming that the support order conforms with the Virginia guidelines, it is quite unlikely that any court hearing the matter would "overturn the child support amount"
