Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

child support orders

My husband and I are separated and have been for over a year. Assuming we agree on everything, what would I have to do and how much would it cost to just get papers drawn up establishing child support and visitation arrangements in order to have something legally binding until we are ready to file for divorce?

Re: child support orders

It depends upon what you are referring to (property settlement agreement; divorce papers etc.) I advise consulting an attorney for an idea about fees. My contact information is listed below if you should care to contact me.

It depends on where you are in the process. You should contact attorneys in you area and discuss the matter, asking then for cost estimates.
