Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
Child Support Payment, Etc.
My husband's ex-wife keeps taking him to court for various reasons. She met a man off the internet and he moved from Georgia here to Virginia and moved in with her and my husband's three children. She became pregnant by this man and later we discovered that he was wanted by the law enforcement in Georgia and, needless to say, he returned to Georgia to serve his ''time''. The last time they were in court, the judge raised my husband's child support to pay for this other ''child'' that isn't even his. Is there someone who is over a judge that I can speak to?

Re: Child Support Payment, Etc.
The matter should be brought back before the court on a motion to determine who should be required to support this child who, presumably,
was conceived and born well after your husband recieved a divorce from his former spouse and married you.
However, if that is not the case, then a paternity test may have to be ordered by the court that will defintely exclude your current husband as the father of this child.
