child support

QUESTION

i was ordered to pay childsupport,

the child turned 18,orignal document for the ruling to begin stated as long as the child is a full time student in the household

unable to be self sufficientm and may be extended to 19.at age eighteen and two weeks

the child moved back with me,the government refused to stop with holding support.

over 2800 dollars was withheld improperly,

on return to court the judge wouldnt reimburse all money,he said it was not within his bounds,and document returned to me stated the money was improperly wih held.

is the government respnsible for improper with holding of my pay without a continueance

of with holdng since none of the guidelines

for continuance were meet.

Tough question. Under some circumstances, support continues until you file a motion to terminate support. Under other circumstances, support terminates automatically. An attorney should review the papers for you, and give you an opinion. Meanwhile, be careful to appeal before time runs out on the appeal, or you may be stuck with the ruling even if it is wrong.
