Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Child support

Is there a way to report non payment of child support without collecting what is owed, going through the courts etc? My husband has not paid since August 2003. I just want to have some kind of record showing he has not paid just in case something comes up in the future. Perhaps a notarized document?

Re: Child support

Sure, you could create your own "official" record with a month by month recordation of what was paid (or not) since August 2003, and then take it to a notary to witness your signature whenever you feel the record is as complete as you want it to be for any particular period of time.
