Child support review question

The physical custody of one of my step kids has changed from my husband to his ex wife on request of the child. We received child support for three kids, we have put in all of the necessary paperwork into the court for a review of child support as well as the change in custody, the child has already moved out of state to be with her. Payments are received through DCSE, should we send a check for a third of the support back to his Ex to be fair, or should we keep the payment until the review is done ?

I would suggest that you hold these funds in "escrow" until the matter has been brought before the court for review and for a directive as to how these funds should be disposed of.
