Although my child is 26 now can I sue for the back support? If so how do I go about it?

Re: Child Support
Yes, you could sue for whatever arrearages are owed under the order which was entered when your daughter was ll years old and, possibly, for the value of the health insurance which was ordered but never provided for during the seven years following the entry of this order.
Re: Child Support
If you did not have an attorney then, you should get one now. That is the easiest way to go about it.
