Child Support

I was serving in the military and served a lot of time over seas out of the US and was unable to apply for support through the CEA until I was station in Hawaii and I did not start to received child support until my daughter was 11 years old and there was no order for back support In the court order he was ordered to provide health insurance and he never did. Although my child is 26 now can I sue for the back support? If so how do I go about it?

Yes, you could sue for whatever arrearages are owed under the order which was entered when your daughter was ll years old and, possibly, for the value of the health insurance which was ordered but never provided for during the seven years following the entry of this order.
