Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

child support

I showed up for court 4 times in April2007 for child support filed by the mother-whom I didn't even know I had fathered her child til recently. The child is now 13. The mother never showed all 4 times and the case was dismissed. She has again re-filed and I have a new court date in Sept.2007. How many times can she refile and not show-up?
