child support

my x took me to court in april since he is not working was laid off now he doesnt pay me hardly anything. I know he is working under the table and getting paid how do I get that information to the court and does it matter?? we live in Virginia. I also just found out he is going to have another child with his wife is this going to be a factor??

You ask the court for another hearing to present for its consideration the evidence that you have regarding these alleged "under the table" work/payments. And, yes, another child coming into his current household could reduce his gross monthly income which is used in the Virginia Child Support Calculator to determine how much he should be paying you for child support.
