child support

my 15 year old daughter that i have had full custody of and have court ordered child support for went to stay with her father for 6 mts. i still had custody and she stayed at my house almost half of that time. does he still owe the child support for those mts?

Yes he does owe you child support for those months unless he petitioned the court for a modification during that time. If he did not, he owes you the child support.
