Child visitation and Cohabitation

I have shared custody of my children and would like to move in with my girlfriend. The PSA does not address any living arrangements whatsovever. Is there anything that my ex can legally do to prevent my overnight visitation with my children while living with my girlfriend? My childrens ages are 17,15 and 9 and have a good a relationship with my girlfriend.

If your former spouse was determined to get sole custody of your children, this arrangement could be used against you to convince the court that it is not in the best interests of your children and therefore the current order concerning shared custody should be modified and the mother awarded sole custody of the children.

Of course, there is no guarantee that the judge hearing the matter would necessarily agree, but one never knows in such matters.
