Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

If a child has visitation with a father and the mom found out the father just got out of jair for domestic violence on his new wife, social services are involved, and he is to have no contact with the 2 children by his new wife or her, should the mother of the first child go with her gut feeling and not send child to fathers for visitation in 2 days for fear of his safety? she has already called guardian for child, court and filed for amendmant to visitation and social worker.

No, going with your "gut feeling" in this visitation matter as described may end in your citation for contempt of court and possible sanctions imposed by the court against you for violation of the existing order which you are obligated to

fully comply with until it is either modified or abrogated.
