It could be, but you would not know for sure until this particular issue is before a court on a review of your custody or visitation matters. (I can assure you, however, that there is no general statutory authority which specifically mandates that a bed be available for a child to sleep on rather than a couch during the child's overnight visitation at the home of the noncustodial parent.)
