If a women suspected that u where the father of her child and never told you even if you had questioned her twice about it and for years did not tell u? And then had a test done to see if it was yours and it was! What legal rights do u have to the child and what could u do if u could prove that she did not know who the father was and did not tell you! Even if u had asked her and she said there was no posible and lied and said the child was born 2 weeks premature

Once the paternity test has determined that a particular individual is the father of the child in question and the matter is before a court of proper jurisdiction, the judge will then make a formal finding that this person is in fact the legal father of the subject child and will then at some point determine whether the father will participate in the custody of the child or merely be awarded visitation rights and may also address the issue as to how much child support this newly-determined father should pay.

What the mother may have told (or failed to tell) this father in months or even years past regarding his possible paternity would not likely be of any relevance as to any significant legal issue involved in the matter.
