Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my children were taken from me and given to their dad cause judge said i was unstable in my jobs. their dad is 10.000 in debt in child support, has a female living in his home, and works all the time so leaves the kids with a sitter. i have worked so hard to raise the kids without his help and yes its hard but i have managed on my own for 3 years now. the judge would not hear any of my concerns i feel i was treated so unfairly. and now he is trying to collect child support from me. how do i get my kids home to me and stop this from happening?

You could start by saving enough money so that you could afford to

hire an attorney to represent you in this custody matter. (Trying to do it

on your own, your chances are about zero.)

You might also want to contact one of the low cost legal services

providers in your area who might be able to provide you with an

attorney at little or no cost to you-----depending upon your income level.
