how can i get my children if im not divorced
my husb and i arent divorced yet he lives in another state.im wanting to know how i can retrieve my boys from his custody.i let them go visit him 3years ago for the summer and he never gave them back.i know there are drugs in the home .but i cant afford an attorney to do battle in court.he often blocks my number so i cant call,and hes also been very abusive to me when we were together. im on disability for major depression and need to know if and how i can get them back. thank you

You should make application for the services
of a legal aid attorney in the county in which you reside.
This attorney will be able to advise you about how to initiate a court action under the Uniform Custody Child Jurisdiction Act(UCCJA)in order to
establish you as the legal custodian legally entitled to the return of these three boys who have been absent from your household for three long years.
