Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my children was supposed to be back by 3 pm. we left in plenty of time, but my oldest daughter had to go to bathroom, so we stopped to let her go. i texted my wife (at this time) that we was going to be late and the reason why. she said okay. we was 40 minutes late. then she calls me later and fusses about it plus fusses at me because they charge her to cash the money order that i send for child support every month. she is wanting me to send extra to cover the cost of cashing it. i am so tried of being pushed around.
