Won't let me have my children

My ex wife refuses to allow me to have my children this weekend for my scheduled visitation. She is mad because she just got served with court papers because I am taking her back to court in hopes to get custody. What should I do? Should I call the police to have them make a report so when we go to court I can show that?

Probably best not to involve the cops in this situaion, but you could amend your pending court action to include a count for Show Cause as to why your ex wife should not be found in contempt of court for allegedly violating the court's visitation order.
