Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Me and my child's dad has custody with me have full physical and shared joint. My son has a meeting coming up with the school system and i was wondering if thats something i have to tell his dad about?

Yes, the father of this child with whom you apparently share joint legal custody,

has a right to be informed of and to participate in such meetings involving his

child's education.
