Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Me and my childs father wrote and signed agreement regarding custody and support we've entered it into court I'll keep my end of the agreement...he now has papers to sign from the court and refuses to sign them and keep up his side of the agreement...can he do this and get away with it

If what he will not sign is a court order, you can have he court schedule a date and time to have a judge sign the order; if he does not show up, or shows up and refuses to sign the order, the court can still enter the order and it becomes the law of the case.
