Childsupport laws concerning disabled non-custodialparent.

Im disabled, and been too court twice, on my childsupport because i way behind and the judge gave me 7mnths to do last time and he wouldnt even look at my medical papers and all of my Doctors sent him letters and he told me to shut up and i ask him for an attorney, and he tld me no that i couldnt have one because this was a civil case, ive applied for my disability again and ive got a lawyer helping me with hat but this isnt right because i cant help my medical condition, i just need some kind of help here ive proven to the court without a dought that im disabled and that my condition will only get worse. and the last time i had to sleep on the floor and they took me to my painmanagment Doctor everymonth and payed for my medications please if you can help me please please help me i think the courts have violated my constitutional rights, just pease please tell me what i can do
